They were one of the most common medical practitioners of the medieval period. Unlike surgeons, however, Barbers were limited to bloodletting and other minor surgeries like pulling teeth, treating wounds or setting broken limbs and administering medicines.


The Barber  will demonstrate bloodletting, wound treatment and tooth pulling complete with a full display of appropriate surgical and shaving equipment.
